Bare bones services + superfetch (readyboot on) + defragmentation = 22s bootime = Win 7 in my PC πi love windows 2008 r2
My spec = Q6600 (3.0) + hd 500gb 5400rpm + HD 3870 + 4gb
I make fix for superfetch and post tomorrow.

No, but in partition different. Run R2 Converter in windows partition and worked π
Enable SuperFetch bug -> SuperFetch worked, but rdyboost not π
Look administrative tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System :
