Hi, also new here.

I have a 2 * Xeon Quad core processors with a Nvidia GeForce 8600GT – have the latest drivers installed. All updates are done on the server.

All screen scrolling – even this site – is very jerky – inconsistent. Same goes for Excel 2007, Vista Snipping tool etc.

Soon as I stop the Theme service – all is 100% – scrolling sites and moving between programs – perfectly normal.

Any ideas?
