I downloaded windows 10 STP2 and I have a problem with wifi. everything done on the technical side and the wifi still does not work.

OK, that explains it.
Microsoft has not released any new Technical Previews.
The latest (and only) is their first Technical Preview, which is still available.Since you posted a link to this unofficial TP I have removed it.
We do not allow links to unoffical releases / pirate software on this forum.
Please read the forumrules: viewtopic.php?f=91&t=2843#1: No posting of links to, or discussion of, Warez, Activators, Cracks, or any other form of illegal material.
But, no hard feelings since I asked where you got it, I just didn´t expect a link….

Microsoft has not released any new Technical Previews.
The latest (and only) is their first Technical Preview, which is still available.Since you posted a link to this unofficial TP I have removed it.
