Trouble with installing new language

  I followed this guide: http://www.win2008workstation.com/wordpress/2008/04/09/installing-new-languages/
  But windows just says “no language packs found”.
  
  Anyone know how to fix this?

  Hm… I guess its the activation crack that f*cks things up. After I applied the crack lots of other features arent working either… Brb format c: 😛
