sidebar problems

Hello friends , you have a great forums here , I installed server 2008 last night and followed the guide to convert it to Workstation. 🙂

But as i installed sidebar , I cant get it to work correctly .. 🙁

It loads up , but it is weird..

Yes, I have installed the latest Nvidia drivers for my Geforce 7300 .
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That’s… really wierd. Is Aero enabled? Are you in 32-bit colour depth?

Apart from that, maybe some sidebar files are missing. Have you installed SP1 for Server 2008? And did you use the Sidebar files from Vista SP1 install?

Don’t forget that you need sidebar.exe as well as sidebar.exe.mui…
