I’ve been a fan of this forum for some time and have been running Server 2008 R2 for a few years. I’m not very technical, but can get by.
Today I ran into a big problem.
I tried to do a bare-metal recovery backup (including drive C) and save to an external harddrive.
The backup failed with a message: “The system writer is not found in the backup”
Searching online, I found several discussions dealing with this problem. Most of such discussions end without resolution. And none of them resolved the issue for me.
I’m guessing that someone here knows exactly how to fix this quickly and easily!
Thanks very much for any advice!
Sorry, I don´t use Windows Server Backup, so I have no idea.
btw. I moved your thread to Applications, in case you wonder… 😉
