hey.
I have a printer connected to a linux pc within my lan.
The printer is shared using cups.
I had no problem installing the printer under vista and xp using https://192.168.0.165:631/printers/FS-1700 as printer name.
But win 2008 gives me a popup telling me that it could not connect to the printer.
The popup appears instantly after i click next, so i guess it does not even try to connect.
I have installed the needed certificate but that did not change anything.
any ideas?
