Maybe you used the eHome reciver driver or perhaps you used some other unsigned driver? If yes that’s why TestMode is enabled. My friend had the same problem and we used some sort of watermark remover.

I just found the solution
type bcdedit /set testsigning off using admin account in cmd. Restart the pctry Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b
