headphones doesn’t working

Hi,
Im facing following problem. When I connect my headphones to my pc (laptop) I do get any sound. But sound is enabled in windows.
Port is working correctly on linux, so port as well as headphones is ok.
So do I have click/change sth else change do enable headphone support?
Any help appreciated!

Asus A6Tc
SoundCard RealTek
Windows Server 2008 standard version.

Ok. Looks like using the brand new drivers R200 version solves the problem.
