Aero Theme mouse pointers

Can someone give me the link as to where you are talking about importing the Aero Theme mouse pointers and the script to make that the default? I am having the same problem. It wont even let me change the mouse scheme under personalization. It always says a black mouse.

[localurl=viewtopic.php?f=21&t=987:1yrxvu0t]This topic[/localurl:1yrxvu0t] might give you some more info about how to change the default cursor scheme.
