Command and Conquer 3 and Red Alert 3 work very well on Windows Server 2008 R2 🙂

    Thanks for your reply.

It didn’t work very well, but now it doesn’t run anymore

I installed Avast. I hope it will work better. 😉

I know it’s weird, but it’s the case.

The setup.exe installed the application then, when it started for the first time it told me that my Windows isn’t genuine. 😕

    Thanks for your answer. 🙂

I’m sorry about the confusion. I installed MSE with the debug tool method, but it tells me that my windows isn’t genuine. Impossible to prove that my windows is a real one.

So I tried to uninstall it, but the debug method doesn’t work because I can’t locate where the files are unpacked (if they are)

    That’s why I’m stuck

Thanks for your answer about the blunt axe method + registry cleaning but I don’t know what blunt axe method is. 😕

    Hi,

Thanks for this topic and your answers wich helped me to tweak my WS2008R2. 🙂

I tried to install Microsoft Security Essentials to my computer. Now I’m stuck because MSE found my copy of windows isn’t genuine. 😕
All I do to prove my windows is genuine doesn’t works (I have it from MSDNAA) 🙁

Today, I can’t uninstall it so if someone find a solution it would be very helpful. 😉
