Laptop can hold 2GB of RAM can i put one 2GB card into one slot without problems?
i have a compaq presario C700. it can hold 2GB of RAM (i have 2 RAM slots with both of them holding 512MB cards). I was looking to upgrade to 2GB total, and learned that it would be cheaper to buy one 2GB RAM card instead of two 1GB cards. what should i do?
