I registered on this forum just to say a big thank you to shahed26 for the BDA package (MSI).

Surprisingly, in spite of your warnings against analogue in the first post, my KWorld USB Analog TV Stick (PVR-TV 305UDE) now works perfectly in Server 2008 R2 (through HyperMediaCenter, the included application), after installing the msi package.
