For some reason, even with System Restore configured properly (I was able to make a restore point manually)
Trying to install Microsoft HealthVault Connection Center:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=127972
spits out an error that reads
“The program can’t start because SPP.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”
It does install, but it refuses to make a restore point.

Maybe it’s just me, maybe there’s a problem with that particular installer.
Either way, it might be worth checking out.
