I had same problem. I have fixed it by restoring old files.

Just go to WindowsSystem32 folder and find these three files:
shsvcs.dll.backup
themeui.dll.backup
uxtheme.dll.backup

Delete “backup”. If you want to run Aero theme you have to make it manually and it works.
