Fix: Yes
– Download install file from:

http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/internet_security/final/en/x64/bitdefender_internetsecurity_2010_64b.exe

– Extract it ( I used 7zip)

– After extract, open bdis.msi with Orca

– On Launch Condition, drop line:

(MsiNTProductType <> 3 AND MsiNTProductType <> 2) OR (MsiNTProductType = 3 AND (WindowsBuild >= 3790 AND ISWHS<>""))

– Save it, run Setup.exe

– Choose Custom Install

– Don’t check Disable DNS Cache, Turn of Windows Firewall, Turn off Windows Defender.
