This command simply turns off the TCP autotuning feature built into Vista and 2008. The TCP autotuning can cause slow file transfer speeds over TCP. As indicated, it’s a TCP feature and therefore relates only to TCP connections. Direct drive to drive transfers over the systems bus isn’t affected by this command.

I have the same controller as my primary controller and these drivers work good for 32bit. I am using the 64bit now and they work also. Download the bottom driver for the Matrix controller. I would also get the inf update utility and install that.
