OK. I tried it, and it DON’T work 😈

    That’s what i expected 🙁

I pluged-in the card and installed the newest driver. After restart there was only loud noise while playing sound.
After a view secondes Windows creashed with a BSOD.

    Damn Creative ❗

    Your apology is accepted 😀

But i have no problem with 4GB Ram, because these work fine.

I have problem with the soundcard in combination with the 4GB. These are the same problems with the first driver for Vista 64 an 4GB.

However i should maybe try it to plug in the soundcard and install the new driver, cause it seems that no one can answer my question.
But i’m sure it will not work 🙁

    What are u talking 😯
Yes, Vista 32Bit cannot allocate the full 4GB of Ram, but the Server 2008 32Bit can do it.
And exactly that’s the problem, because the 32Bit driver cannot handle with 4GB Ram.

My question was, if the new driver fix that bug.
And NO instruction request in Physical Address Extension. 😈

OK, i tried to install Nero Vision and Recode too.
Maybe it work if i only install Nero Burning Rom.

But my main problem is, that i get an error on startup of Burning Rom (7,8,9), that i dont have enough rights to burn. So i have to start Nero Burning Rom as Administrator.
U have a solution for that Problem? Nero Burn Rights 8 didn’t help.

    Yep, same here.
If i set the Compitability to “Windows XP (Service Pack 2)” i can start the installer, but at 9% i get an error.
Anyone have an idea how to install Nero 9??

OK. Maximum mouse rate is 125.
Whats the advantage of a higher mouse rate?

in reply to: Logitech Setpoint #45386

where can i see the current mouse rate?

in reply to: Logitech Setpoint #45384

OK i fixed it by my self.
I installed a Windows Vista in a VM. Then i installed SetPoint.
After that i copied the installed files from folder LogishrdCDDRV2 in the same folder in Server 2008.
Then i reinstall the keyboard in device manager.
    Now it works perfectly.

in reply to: Logitech Setpoint #45383

For both (MX900 mouse and the diNovo Cordless Desktop for Notebooks) the Setpoint 4.6 is given.

And by the way. In folder LogishrdCDDRV2 is only a Log file, nothing else.

    I’m using a 32 bit OS.
The strange thing is, that the numeric pad is detected, and the keyboard not? Where are the drivers for the devices?

OK. I think i need th drivers from folder Program FilesCommon FilesLogishrdCDDRV2
I have no drivers in this folder. Is there anyone who can give me this drivers from SetPoint 4.6 32bit?

in reply to: Logitech Setpoint #45378

    im using x86

in reply to: Logitech Setpoint #45376

I have a promlem with Logitech SetPoint too.
My mouse is MX900 (bluetooth) and my keyboard is a diNovo for Notebook (non bluetooth). I installes many SetPoint versions, but every version can’t find the keyboard – the mouse works. I started with Version 2.6 (this was the only version which detects my keyboard, but the extra buttons don’t work) 🙁
Then i tried v3.3 with v4.4 update (mouse works but only the extra numeric pad is detected, not the keyboard). Same with newest 4.6 bundle with bT drivers – the damn keyboard is not detected.
The fixed drivers upper this thread don’t help 🙁
    Anyone have an idea?

in reply to: Creative X-Fi driver – Loud Noise and crash #46099

Oh no, with this fix i only have 3GB of RAM. This is not good. The value of 4096 is not possible.

Awesome man, with the fix in msconfig my soundblaster works great.
