I too am curious. I am using the OCZ Agility and its very fast on a new install of Small Business Server 2008. I modified the Disk Defragmenter to not work on this drive, and did not enable Superfetch, prefetch, or Windows Search. These are disabled by default but some people turn them on for workstations.

The OCZ Wiper utility does not install on SBS so I am depending on the drive ROM and Windows Server to maintain the drive. As far as I know the optimazations included on Win 7 for SSD drives are not included with Win Server 2008 (yet). Just in case any heavy write applications such as Exchange, Sharepoint, and WWU, and even Outlook were moved to a Raid 1 array. The split drive system seems to work well so far. At least that way if the drive deteriates it will do so more slowly and hopefully Microsoft will include SSD updates to their server products soon.

I get this error when using the Server Configuration Tool in Small Business Server:

“Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission, contact your system administrator

Tried downloading SDK for Dot Net 2.0 and could not configure .net permissions. All the guides refer to a configuration editor that is not in the spot its supposed to be.
