Windows Server 2016 Standard Download?

I have a 16 core license for the standard version of Windows 2016 from a Dell server I purchased a while back and recently installed the evaluation version of DataCenter but realized I can’t enter my license because it’s for the Standard version only. Downgrading doesn’t work (I tried using the DISM command). I don’t mind reinstalling the Standard version from scratch but I can’t find a download link at the evaluation center. If I try hard enough I can probably find it but would rather not risk downloading something possibly compromised.

Any idea where I can legally find a link? Maybe Dell can help as the servers is still under warranty?

Edit – The evaluation center only has the Datacenter version.
