Windows Contacts missing interface

  Hello,
  
  the windows contact folder should have several specific buttons in its toolbar like “New Contact Group” etc. Just like on this wikipedia image:

  But on my r2 system, that folder ist just a very normal folder without ANY additional buttons to click. What is going on here? 🙁

  Most likely an explorer component that is missing. Maybe a role or feature? I’ll look into it.
