Hi people,
I love the guides in this site, they are really useful for Windows 2008 R2 users, but…
What about Windows 7 users who want to have the performance of Windows 2008 R2 without changing the OS??
We need a guide to make changes to Windows 7 in order to make it as similar as humanly possible to Windows 2008 R2.
I know that some things will be completely impossible to achieve (hyper-v, more than 10 simultaneos connections, multiple terminal server connections, Active Directory server, etc.)
But there are many other tweaks that ARE possible, and they will improve the performance and reduce RAM usage.
Could we get such a guide? A guide listing all the modifications needed to make Windows 7 behave like 2008 R2 as close as possible??
