Vista Game Explorer For Windows 7?

Has anyone tried porting the Game Explorer from Vista to Windows 7? The reason I ask is the Vista Game Explorer has some very nice configuration and editing features that were left out of the Windows 7 Game Explorer. This was a considerable source of disappointment for Vista Consumers that bought Windows 7 that were aware of the features, and Microsoft’s bullshit explanation didn’t help… Considering similarities between Windows 7 and Vista, I’d think it would be pretty easy for some of the hack & Mod Talent on this forum.
