Virtual Windows XP (XPM)

Hello All,

I’m about one day on Win2k8 R2 it’s fantastic! but I want to run the xp Mode (XPM) it’s for windows7 but I don’t know why it doesn’t work in R2…

I’ve downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx
and I’ve got this error on the first .msu file:

I have an E8400 and it’s powerful for virtualisating

It doesnt work launching or installing? try going into your services and starting the “windows installer/management instrumentation/modules installer” services or setting them to manual/auto, at least the management instrumentation should do it if it is what i think.
