Using animated Wallpaper

  I think you mean Windows DreamScene. There is an article about how to get DreamScene in other Windows versions as Windows Vista Ultimate: mydigitallife.info: Hack to Run DreamScene in Vista Home Premium, Basic, Starter, Business and Enterprise, but I don’t know if this also works for Windows Server 2008. If I were you I’d test it in a Virtual Machine with a Windows Server 2008 with the same architecture you are currently running.
