I installed new TTS voice originally for 32-bit windows. The installer created proper registry entries and I can use the new voice with the application’s TTS app.
I can also select that as my default voice using the 32-bit speech CPL. But Narrator doesn’t pick it up and still uses Anna. Adobe Reader also uses Anna by default unless I explicitly select the new voice.
What else can I do to make sure it’s really my default/preferred voice?
