[solved]opengl not working on my x3100

Hello,
I have a nb with this *cough* graphics card and I can’t seem to get openGL working under 2k8 R2
any other game (MMO,Torchlight,…) [except XCrapped ones, blame x64] run, but when i try nexuiz,tremulous,quake live, the game itself seems to work, I can hear music but all I can see is a gray window or a cropped image of other windows in background(see right window on next image)
i tried OpenGL extentions viewer and it tells me I have version 2.0 //i have the latest driver+directx, even tried different driver versions
i didnt have this problem on xp32 or vista64
anyone knows what is this all about?

and i can run the test up to version 2.1 i can see the cube
