i have installed windows 2008 r2, new drivers and hyper-v role.
now i have often short freezes meaning that the mouse cursor can’t be moved or a currently opening window stops painting and after a few seconds (1-2) it all works.what can i do, or have someone the same problem?
i have a dell latitude e5500:

I’ve also seen this, though it’s pretty rare, not more than once per week. It usually happens when playing a game or doing something else graphically intensive, so I’ve put it down to the video drivers.
Laptop is Lenovo ThinkPad SL400, T5670, 4GB RAM, nVidia 9300M GS 512MB.

Anything in the Event log about it?
If not, I’d suggest starting to uninstall certain devices (video card or anything sharing IRQ with it, sound card, wireless, etc.) and seeing if that removes the problem.
