fmo yes with q-core and 8giga u will see lots of advantages
very fast app loading install app faster, faster vmware
“Also, is there a way to disable all the server features in Server 2008?”
windows 2008 have server manger not like vista that all is pre-installed
its mean nothing installed and if u wanna add or remove something u could do that easy with it
While x86 can see the 8GB of RAM, it and most applications will not be able to use most of it. As a result, you must install x64 to use all 8GB.
