What do you mean with the word “package”?
Software can be removed by Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features
Server Roles can be removed by Start -> Server Manager -> Roles -> Remove Roles
Server Features can be removed by Start -> Server Manager -> Features -> Remove Features
no i mean completely without save the install files on the hdd
