Radeon HD 7670 on Win2K8 R2

Hi,

I have an HP Pavilion h9-1100z with Win2K8 R2 installed. I’m trying to install the right display driver (it’s currently using the Standard VGA Display Adapter driver). I followed this website’s advice here:

AIDA64 detects the machine as having a RADEON HD 7670 card. I downloaded AMD’s Catalyst driver (the latest version, 12.6), and tried installing it. It didn’t complain, but didn’t change the driver either. I then tried manually updating the driver, but Windows claims that there’s no matching INF file in the AMD driver folder.

Any advice on how to get this card working correctly on Win2K8 R2? I’d like to have dual monitor support, which is why I need the driver. I’m not looking to play games on this machine.
