Try the following driver:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19936&ProdId=2991&lang=eng
If you already have the driver installed, try changing your screen resolution to its maximum by right-clicking desktop and choosing Personalize. Then click Display Settings and click and hold the bar all the way to the right to change it to highest possible resolution.

the strange thing is i have installed windows 2008 r2 and i havent any problem….What issue are you having with Aero itself? Can you enable Aero? Does the display driver quit responding or something? Screen blanks out? Can you describe it more I might be able to help.

You can try updating your bios to see if that helps. Sometimes “vista” drivers are picky about how bios revision you have.
I assume this is yours (dv4-1431us)?

My next solution would be to remove your current display driver through device manager and then try the legacy XP driver in compatibility mode.
1. Download the file above and save it to your downloads folder.
2. Open up device manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc)
3. Expand Display Adapters
4. Right-click on your graphics driver and click Uninstall. BE sure to check the box “Delete the driver software for this device” checkbox as well.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Go to your downloads folder and locate winxp_144211.exe. Right-click on it and go to Compatibility tab.
7. Check the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” checkbox.
8. Select Windows XP Service Pack 2.
9. Attempt to install the driver. If it works, cool if not its probably not supported by Intel. You will have to revert back to the buggy Vista driver again and we will have to attempt another solution.

Reverting back to R2 is probably your best choice.
