i’ve seen the workarounds for non installation of programs but this is something built into the program itself.
Welcome to the forum !
“workarounds for non installation” ???
The usual “tricks” works by telling the program that we are running a consumer O/S (Vista / W7 / W8) and not a server-O/S.
If MiniTool Partition Wizard doesn´t work, then why not use another program ?
But don´t ask what you can use.
I have no idea because i have not had any need to use anything else then the builtin diskmanager in WS2008 (-R2) / WS2012

yes hackerman1, thats what I need to do but just before it runs. but how?
does anyone know what the actual check is or how to tell?the minitool is the one i trust so another program is not an option.
i have up to 5 partitions on my 64gb card as i also multi-boot my phone and will not take a chance with another program.
the builtin disk manager is not much use for partitioning a micro sd card into fat32, 2 ext4, and 2 special windows mobile partitions 😉its not essential but would be nice to know a work around for reference if other programs complain.

The information is already available in the forum, but unfortunately not easy to find.
I just put it together in that small guide.
And added my own version of the productfolder-trick….
