Language Packs for WS2008 SP1 and Vista SP1

Microsoft have released some language packs for WS2008, also they state that they work on Vista as well. This is for SP1 of both WS2008 and Vista.

Looks like the MUI download page is offline. I added this link in the languages tutorial too, but this page is gone! Maybe there are still some mirrors available? 🙄
