gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel -> Personalization > "Do not display the lock screen" - set it to "Enabled"
1. Hit Win+R to bring up Run box and type:
gpedit.msc
2. Drill down into Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Control Panel -> Personalization -> double click on the “Do not display the lock screen” setting and change its value from “Not Configured” to “Enabled”.
If you later want the start screen back simply change the value back to “Disabled” or “Not Configured”.
