Help with audio issue, sound only from right speaker

Thanks in advance for any help!
After recently installing WinServer2008 everything went fine, except for I’m only getting sound from the right speaker. I am getting sound from Left, but it is very low and only audible with the volume up.
And yes, I’ve tried installing and reinstalling drivers and every config under the sun available to me by windows and realtek. Also tried differant pair of speakers and same thing. Sound was in stereo just before install when i was running Win7Pro.
I’ve been browseing numerous forums and still haven’t found a solution, any suggestions?
