Give ‘user’ accounts ability to shutdown system

Only my administrator account can shut down or reboot the system. I’d like my user accounts to have that functionality too.

Most likely a group policy somewhere…

This should be put into the website. It is important.

This is already described in the Manual: Win2008Workstation.com Manual: Create a new User Account

I have to update the manual using the suggestions from vmlinuz.exe’s comment, but haven’t got the time yet.
