Do game ports work on Windows 2008?
How about on Vista 64-bit in general?
The Creative Driver for the Game Port is loaded and is working, but I don’t see any option for configuring the game controller attached to the game port in the control panel applet (installed using the Win2008 forum instructions).
“Gameport” support has been discontinued as of Windows Vista and only works as a MIDI port (albeit probably not very well). Sorry. If this is a joystick/gamepad thing, you’re going to have to get a new one. Technically, they don’t work and never will but apparently some have gotten it to “appear” to work. After a quick google I found the following threads…

Let us know how it goes. Cheers.
