  It’s been listed in the compatibility thread, but I’ve tried it on two different 2008R2 workstation conversions, and there was no sound. It’s exactly the same issue that was present under Win 2000 (http://www.softoutfit.com/hints.html#F.E.A.R.+%22No+Sound%22+Problem+Solved) I believe some missing codec or something, but none of the usual fixes work on 2008 R2…
