I’d been enjoying my new workstation until I went to use Excel 2007 today.
Any worksheet of any decent size causes Excel to randomly only redraw about half of the worksheet at at time. Either scrolling over the cells or scrolling right and left will generate a redraw.
Dell Inspiron 6000 w/ 1920×1200 WUXGA?
ATI Mobility Radeon x300 v8.13.100 june 29, 2007 driver
2GB RAM
I’ve tried reinstalling my video drivers, reinstalling just the driver and not the Catalyst program, uninstalling all video driver and trying to install the XP driver (wouldn’t let me).
This link has a driver and BIOS update but it is specified for only the Inspiron 9300 so i haven’t tried it:

Dell doesn’t seem to admit to having a Vista driver for this laptop and ATI won’t claim it either but I found what I believe to be the latest driver here: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/Mobility_Radeon_X300/get44222.html
Anyone have any suggestions?
