Here’s another conversion trick for Windows Server 2008 r2. To enable the login screen button that allows you to shutdown/restart without logging on:
1. Open gpedit.msc
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
3. Enable key “Shutdown: Allow system to be shut down without having to log on”
That’s it.
