Ok I’ve noticed that with Server 2012 Standard when you go to Change PC Settings in the charm area you can’t change the metro background. I know this is enabled by default in Windows 8 however it’s not in Server 2012. Seems to be locked down by the Group Policy Editor if someone could direct me to where this can be enabled I’d appreciate it.
