Whenever I have VLC or any other application open on my second screen, and open something on my main monitor, the program on the second screen stops. and moves over about 1/3 of the screen. For instance, if I am watching a movie in VLC on the second screen, and open Halo on the first, any explorer windows I have open on the main screen go half and half between the screens, vlc video (but not sound) freezes, and moves over to take up the right 2/3rds of the screen. Any suggestions/fixes?
