I have been looking around on your website, and I think this is a very interesting project. I co-own a hosting company, and in the interest of good public relations, we have decided to start mirroring files for some open source projects, but we’d mirror for you too, since it might get us some traffic.
If the administration is interested, please PM me. We have a 100Mbps server in Houston, TX as well as one in Los Angeles, CA. If you could supply us with an estimate as to your spacebandwidth requirements, and legality of the files in question, we could see about getting some of your stuff mirrored on our servers. 🙂
Cheers,
Kirk

Thanks for your offer! However, I think at the moment we have enough mirrors to serve the files at reliable speed to all visitors, but correct me if I am wrong. I don’t check all mirrors daily. 😉 I’ll keep you in mind in case we run out of bandwidth, thanks again for your offer! 🙂

http://www.unlimitednethosting.com/~mirrors/w2k8ws/Kirk, you need to put this in your httpd.conf or .htaccess for those folders, so that Apache shows the filenames in full:
IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst NameWidth=*
IndexOrderDefault Descending Dateyou may even want this:
IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst NameWidth=* +SuppressHTMLPreamble +SuppressDescription
