Hi Guys,
I did something that is very stupid. I was working on a way to restior the right click search finctionality in 2008 and I deleted some registry keys by mistake. Could any of you post the contence of your “HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDirectoryshellfind”. Since the screw-up, I cant right click on icons in the start menu to bring up the properties.
Thanks in advance.
Ed
Never mind. I had windows recreate the registry key that was missing by re-enabling the context menu stuff in the start menu properties. Sorry for the false alarm. 😳
