Dell Inspiron D620/CPU Fan Always On

  Howdy All!
  
  I have a Dell Inspiron D620 that is working GREAT so far as a Windows 2008 Server STD Edition Workstaiton. My ONLY complaint so far is my CPU fan seems to be on 100% ALL the time.
  
  Any thoughts?

  Check the power options, probably thats the cause of this problem.

  Is it on high when you first turn it on before 2008 loads?
