Hello,
I couldn’t figure out why when I maximize or minimize windows, Taskmanager reports 100% CPU usage for that moment.
Please help.

Maybe the window animation doesn’t use hardware acceleration and so uses the CPU to calculate it. You can try to turn off the animation while resizing windows by typing SystemPropertiesPerformance in Start->Run and unchecking at least the “Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing” option.
Maybe it also works if you install the most recent graphics drivers (if you haven’t already done so) and try to see what Aero does to the performance.
