capture card for 4 camera’s

First of all, nice site.
I’m a noob on windows server 2008r2 at the moment. I’ve installed it and now I want to install a capture card for my 4 security cams. Its a BT848 type of card.
I use the program ‘dico800’. But the drives included doesn’t work.

Can sombody help me plzzzzzzzz
