Can`t create a user account that works?

I can`t seem to create a user account with a password that 2008 will accept, last time i had 2008 installed i had no problem with create an account that 2008 would accept or both. anyone had that problem?

Have you tried disabling the Strong Passwords Enforcement setting and then creating the account?
