  3 Partition C: 22GB (VISTA x64 LOADED) D:(Rest Of The Space)

  I expect this is a problem of the installation medium. Are you sure the installation dvd is clean and the iso you burned to the dvd was downloaded correctly? To be sure you can re-download and/or re-burn the iso:
  
  Windows Server 2008 x64 – 6001.18000.080118-1840_amd64fre_Server_en-us-KRMSXFRE_EN_DVD.iso (2540MB)
  Windows Server 2008 x86 – 6001.18000.080118-1840_x86fre_Server_en-us-KRMSFRE_EN_DVD.iso (1794MB)
  
  If you are sure the dvd isn’t the problem, probably the Microsoft Professionals at the Microsoft Technet Forums – Windows Server 2008 can help you.
